In celebration of its 79th anniversary, Electrex announces the launch of its customary welding photo contest, inviting the general public to record unique moments that represent the essence of welding. This contest is open to everybody: public, welders on their own behalf, companies or even distributors.

Take your mobile phone or camera, send us your welding photos and win an automatic welding mask (first prize) and other prizes (an Electrex T-shirt, a USB stick and other gifts for the top 5). Send your photos to 79@electrexwelding.com or upload them here. You can upload up to 5 images (we recommend images with resolution greater than 620 x 620 pixels).

Rules:
This contest is open to people aged 18 or over.
Photos must be original of each participant.
Each participant can participate with 5 photos.
The contest ends on 30 April 2025 at 24:00 (GMT+1).
The photos can be used by Electrex – João R. Matos, S.A. with the authors’ credits.
The choice of the best picture(s) is made by a jury and any recourse to legal courts is excluded.
Electrex – João R. Matos, S.A. employees or companies in which Electrex – João R. Matos, S.A., has participation are excluded from this competition.
